I had to go eat lunch before I munched on all the candies that lay around this office all day long... My boss's wife decided to make powdered chocolate covered chex mix which is really delicious! and I can't stop myself from eating them, I keep saying this is the last one and it never is...so I opted for lunch, at least my stomach will be full and ( Read more... )

I have a very slow start this morning... I got a letter from the accountants that they want our paperwork in a certain way and I have to redo some of my files just to get it to match to their specs... other than that I have very little to do, so I'm guessing this is going to take me a while ;)

I usually don't page at work because everyone in the office laughs if we screw up, which is almost every time we page... so to avoid that I don't page... well today I had no choice and of course I got the standing ovation from everyone present because I did such a good job... and then they wonder why I don't want to page at all ;)

I must be in the year of near misses!!! It seems to have started a few months ago when I had my first near miss... I missed a 6 car pile up in a matter of seconds... I could see from the rear view mirror the cars crashing... then a couple of days later another car almost rear ends me and to avoid me, he had skidded all the way into someone's yard ( Read more... )

I feel that I have done more than enough work this week in the office... but it seems they expected more... The office manager is totally pissed she had to stay until 7:00PM last night to finish payroll she didn't have me start until almost 4:00PM knowing that I was leaving 30 minutes later... then she was upset that I didn't want to stay later ( Read more... )

It's way too early to think right now, I just want to do is fall asleep again... but I know I have to try and finish these deals before I start doing payroll, because yes, that's my job for the day! and I do want to get paid tomorrow ;) So off to work in one of those fun(crap)filled jobs ;)

Everything always happens at the same time. Nothing ever gets paced here, either we have lots of work, or I'm literally sucking my thumb... Today is one of those days... This is the first time I get to sit down since I arrived and I've been here for an hour!

EVERYTHING I TOUCH TURNS TO CRAP!!!!

At least that's how I feel whenever I work with my computer, no matter what I do, is comes out wrong, but when anyone else uses my computer, it seems to work just fine...
