here i am in Portland Oregon, Living a clean and sober life.

Its nice to feel ok without the junk i was stuck on.

Detox was rough but im glad its over with
and I hope to see some of you people soon.

For anyone who cares.
Im all Better Now.

Last night at 10 37
Our power went out
as my eyes were focused on my high definition television screen.

I lit a candle in each room of the house

Candle light is so much prettier then artificial light.

Well the point of this entry is what i was pondering on the whole night

Ive done alot of reading on it
Yes it can ruin your eyes
ONly if you do it wrong though

They are all from people who have tried it with little knowledge of the idea
