Update and Update and what now?

Oh no. I gained 5 lbs. No really. I weigh 5 lbs more in the morning. It's been...almost two weeks since I finished the 26 days and I'm surprised it took me this long... kinda weird though... I thought I gained it sooner than now. Maybe I need a good cleaning? Ha! You know, I probably have like 10 lbs of feces just sitting there in my guts and umm ( Read more... )

Your pb&b sandwiches are only 70 cals each? Wow... I can't find any good wheat bread under 80 cals a slice.

I'm required to pay for a gym membership (student gym) and I think that helps with my motivation to go. That, and the fact that I can't run outside for about 8 months of the year (ice, cold, etc.).

Lol no. that's 350 for the whole sandwich. I know, it's technically A LOT of calories when you eat 5 or 6, but that still keeps me at under 2k a day. Plus they're 'good' calories so that's how I say to myself I can eat them...

Yeah. i WISH I could have 70 calorie sandwiches.

Gyms are so expensive, but I'd love to join one. Ah! Lucky! Peanut butter is a no for me, but I love(ed) toasted peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches. You should try toasting one of your sandwiches. :)

Ok. Too much information. ^_^ In fact, I suggest carrots. They are said to clean out the colon, along with apples and grapes.
