City Museum looks spectacular! I checked out their website, and it looks like the most splendid gush of creativity and imagination that I have ever seen a city take to renovate it's older buildings to new creative uses. What a wonderful gift the City of St Louis has given to itself. HERE is a link to the photo tour of City Museum, St. Louis, MO. This place is easily a destination in itself in my book.

Thanks markw. Hey, how have you been? I haven't seen any posts for awhile. This one makes up for it though. Come back, don't be scarce... give us more.

I've been pretty well, thank you, except for being out of a job. I check in from time to time but spend a lot of time over on Facebook these days.

CM is actually not a St Louis project but owned by a couple of private artists with enough of the Vision Thing to get backers. People get hurt there all the time, myself included, because you can't help but play like a 3 year old once you step inside.

Oh and wow, thanks for that link. They've really improved on their online presentation since the last time I checked.

I had heard these fellers (and lady) had shot a video at the City Museum, but hadn't yet bothered to go looking for it. I like that the City Museum is visually interesting enough that nothing really has to happen in the video for it to still be a compelling watch. The awesome music doesn't hurt either, I love these guys (partying with 'em ain't so bad neither!).

Lo Fi shot videos for Monads as well as Bob Reuter, Sunyatta, and a couple of others. Sunyatta's makes good use of the discarded facade floor, but the wide angle lens doesn't do her justice. And I agree, the background is all the action you really need for that location. It's a moving living thing in itself.
