For the record: I haven't had decent Cashew Chicken in Springfield since Bam-Boo closed, but there's a very good place about 10 minutes west down 44. Wish I could remember the city.

And the "Springfield style" mentioned in the article that's served in St Louis is a laugh. A laugh!
