My condolences. I'm so very sorry... I had really hoped and thought that it'd just be a short stint in the ICU and he'd be home.
I hope that his passing was peaceful, and I hope you're able to take some time off from work.

Thank you. I took the morning off today to help with things houseside and all of Wednesday for the funeral. My mother put my brother to work cutting the thick yard...mild winter weather and a few weeks without a mowing...while gathering info and making phonecalls this afternoon. But the same things that got me through the last couple of weeks were exactly right for this afternoon--people and busy. Add in today's side order of Fresh getting a different computer that had none of his programs on it and I was glad I took on my workload.
