the roadtrip was long, but it was really good! full of diet coke and plenty of music (mainly wicked and hsm - haha). it was nice to spend time with ian before he went off to college. kind of a last hurrah for brother/sister time i suppose ( Read more... )

spring break is only a few days away and i can smell the diet coke and cigarettes of a long road trip with ian already. that starts on saturday though, and friday night can't come soon enough. i'm so ready to see cory and to get away from school - even if it's only for a few days before i buckle down over break.

i ended up going to the er thursday night. kelsey drove me. they pumped me up with fluids, gave me some horrible pain medicine that made the room spin and sent me home. i have a prescription for some anti-nausea drug that they gave me. i should probably fill it.

so it seems i'm sick again. last night i sat down to bang out the paper i'd been half-starting all day and after sitting for maybe 10 minutes i started feeling like really sick. nauseated, hot and cold chills, body aches, pounding migraine, dizziness, and cramping. the same exact stuff i was in the hospital for not even six months ago for. so i ( Read more... )

inspite of feeling like crap i'm quite happy, i'm seeing cory in 2 days & i did all my homework. those seem like darn good reasons to be happy as far as i'm concerned.

little things every day:

1. take medicine.
2. think about what i'm eating.
3. exercise in some way.
4. find something small to be happy about.
5. do something nice for someone else.

i don't care how stupid it sounds.
i need to do it.
if simplifying it is what i need, then so be it.
