It's really a big ta-do over nothing IMO. Mostly I spend time sending friends applications (i.e. collecting little pixels of plants, fish, chocolates etc) that have sponsers that give it all to charity.

You can play games as well, upload photos b ut for honestly keeping in touch, a journal is so much better

Is Facebook the place that has all the "content" and music and makes me want to wear sunglasses? Maybe I'm thinking of the other...MySpace. Either.

I have a friend who keeps sending me invitations to join. Um, no. I don't wanna.

And Facebook is good for "twitter" style updates and finding college, highschool, gradeschool friends and classmates, and what they're up to.
