The Farmers Almanac says that this will go down as the worst winter in 14 years. . . that's not difficult to believe. I know I've had my fill and I used to like winter. Hate being awakened by a migraine. . . now I have to "sit" up until it passes. Can't stay in bed it only feels worse. Took Tylenol. . . not allowed to take anything else and Tylenol really does nothing. It must be the storm. It's already snowing. Wonder how much we'll get? It's 31 degrees tonight with more snow expected and icy rain later in the morning. I'm not going anywhere. . . but wackdaddy has to go to work. The big problem could be ice forming on the trees and knocking out our power. It sure wouldn't be the first time. I'll have to hunker under the covers and stay in bed with the cat.

Yesterday I took our new fur baby to be neutered. I didn't like leaving him there but those were the rules. They also micro chipped him. One of the shelters out east from where we live was having a January special. All male cats $20 for neutering for the month of January. You know I had to take advantage of that bargain. I've switched taking my Potassium from morning to bedtime because the cramps usually come early in the morning if not at wake up time.
