...although tonight all I'm going to tell you is that we have just spent the evening eating too much guacamole and watching the Zorro movies, and it was heavenly. -
I know it's not that simple, and I know it's not that hard...
Last entry, June. And hey, it's the 25th again! Which makes it what, exactly seven months since I have last posted anything on my personal journal? Pathetic. So I'm just going to go ahead and pretend like I've been writing here regularly all along, like I'll post again tomorrow, or maybe the next day, just like it's a habit I'm still in. My major task so far this morning has been taking the skins off of 17 chicken thighs, and it was awful, because truly - raw chicken is one of my least favourite things to deal with on the planet ever. It's a dilemma though, since cooked chicken is one of my most ( Read more... ) -

Happy 2011! I'm a little late to the party, I know. Although January doesn't always feel like "Real New Years" to me (that would be September), a fresh calendar year is always a nice change.
