Well, this trip to Baltimore, which was going OK up til Thursday has turned in to a total disaster! Today has been very odd! After having a poor night's sleep with lots of vivid and weird dreams, I was wide awake at 6am, but with no real enthusiasm for doing anything. Just got back to the hotel after a really fun afternoon - one of the best times I've had for ages! The couple of guys from the meeting that I went sightseeing with had a convertable as a hire car, so once we'd puzzled out hoiw to get the roof to open, we cruised in to Boston with the roof down in the sunshine. Well, I have now been in Boston (well, actually Wakefield just north of Boston) since Monday, and other than for lunch and dinner have yet to see anything outside the hotel. I have just finished another piece of needlework - this time a little pouch for a blank notebook and pen, as a birthday present for purplemermaid. It took me rather longer than expected, but I liked the colour combination when it was finished! Actual size is about 6" x4"
