Having had my head shaved/buzzed for nearly a year of my life, I will tell you this: shaving your head seems like the best idea in the world because it's the easiest thing in the world. But... then you get bored and you want to style hair and buy hairgel and shampoo and have people play with your hair. And then you decide to grow it out and it looks hideous and horrible and very 10-year-old-boy.
That said, I love my head shaved and would do it again a billion times over!
Love, Megan.
PS: How do you feel about about the shape of your head? Or with looking like a boy? Or being mistaken for a boy?
1.) i don't know how i feel about the shape of my head. i've never seen it... i don't know what it's like. i have this commitment to growing my hair out long, like susan in the chronicles of narnia. i'd really like to, but i think i might be too damn bored with growing it
( ... )
i like the second picture, personally. sassy. although none of us will ever have the abs to wear our pants that tight and low. jeez!! but anyways, it sounds like buzzing is quite a hassle. so, second picture is my vote. growing hair out is a bore. i'm SO ready to cut this stuff! seriously, as soon as the wedding is over it's getting chopped back to the cute reese witherspoon in "sweet home alabama" haircut i had in auburn. i literally took the movie box to my hairstylist lady.
yeah, i hated growing my hair out after i'd cut it really short. somehow, however, it seems that i need to experience the almost baldness at least once in life, you know? your hair was so very cute like that. i vote for the change after the wedding.
