What are the pains and knee issues you've been having? My "bad" knee gets tweaky sometimes when I run, too, so I'm curious what you're dealing with and how it compares. :)

I don't have any current knee issues. I'm just so paranoid about them ever since last summer when Josh made me hike all day the day before scrimmage and they started hurting. So now I land on the ball of my foot long before my heel hits to avoid harming my knees. Doing that is causing me to have issues with the insides of my calves.
