Well, I am now a college grad!! I did not spend graduation day like most. Of course I am not home to walk across the stage to I decided to jump into a nice big pool at the foot of a few waterfalls. Things in the Dominican are awesome!! We went out again tonight this time to a sports bar to watch the Spartans. I wish it could have turned out differently. I have never been so burnt in my entire life. My back is one giant blister. Dumb me. I am pretty tan but all weekend in the sun in and out of the ocean and not reappling sunscreen really kicked my butt. So I have learned a valuable lesson. Went to the beach sunday and will be going almost every weekend for the next 9 weeks!! Started school yesterday. going just fine. We will see what happens. Went dancing. Learned to dance merenge and bochata. Good times.
Its hard to believe that I will be here for another 9 weeks. Its awesome, I love this island!

I am in the DR and loving it. The family that I am staying with is awesome. The mom is a divorced big time lawyer. The daughter attends the International School (where I will be teaching). A local boy who has fought cancer for the past 3 years is not doing so well. They didn't expect him to make is through the last couple of nights but he has. He is only a freshmen in high school and it goes back to 7th grade when it started. I didn't subsitute today because I had much to do.....well, this is all that i have done so far. I will take my physics test though around 2:00. Then off to open the weight room for the kids, work out and then hit some tennis balls. I do need to fit in the tanner though, or as my sister calls it "light therapy". Played my guitar today forever. I have nothing else better to do with my day then to play my lovely guitar.
