First, such adorable golf photos. Lucky little girl.
Yeah this episode wasn't the best but it was better than much of what we see on TV. (And I thought it was just because I was uber-tired. I'm glad it wasn't just me.)
Tidwell: “What’s with her? Doc’s a great name. I wish I had that name.” Crews: “It would be confusing.” I loved that. I love those little moments when Tidwell and Charlie do something/say something that just makes Reece crazy and they just shrug. So cute.
The dentist is such a HITG it’s driving me nuts. Where have we seen him before? Nuts, I tell you. I completely agree. If memory serves he is usually playing rich scumbags or weasels. But I can't remember where I saw him last.
The 80s music was meh but I did like that shot with the music right as Crews and Reece were about to go into the dentists office.
Tidwell is wearing a claddagh ring, turned the “taken” way? I missed that. But I admit I was nearly asleep when I watched. I should go back
( ... )
I found the musical choices almost distracting this week - Whitesnake? Come on!!! Also, I gasped aloud with the first shot of Crews in jeans. Oh. My. It made my night.
So hard to choose between the suits and the jeans, for me. Maybe what I like most is the variety. :-) Like dress uniforms vs. PT gear. (Ok, you must come over and watch BoB very soon.)
There is TOO MUCH going on Wednesday nights now. Because American Idol was two hours and Lost was on as well, Life did not record. Just had to watch it on Hulu.
God bless Hulu.
I am much in agreement about the 'meh' reaction to the episode. I was entertained, there were some great little bits here and there, but overall, it's nowhere near as good as it usually is.
And I must agree on the Reese/Tidwell thing. Over and over again, I am struck by how sweet he is with her and yet I can't find anything beyond incredulity and mild ick when I think of what they'll be doing after she tells him to "come to bed."
Charlie's dad really is a jackass. And I wanted to muzzle Ted in that scene (as, I'm sure, did Charlie) but he was really hilarious.
And if I didn't know DL the way I do (hah) I would think he was threatening that little girl in the golf picture. :)
I see what you mean about the picture, so I guess you're right. It reads to me like he's goofing around with her and I never even saw the other interpretation. /lustgoggles
