Every time I come here with the intention of deleting my livejournal account, I just end up reading through past entries and becoming nostalgic, then somehow convince myself not to delete it.

Someone make livejournal cool again.

So far, my last semester as an undergraduate has not been kind to me. I've gotten one bomb after anoter dropped on me and I'm trying my best to keep my hopes up.

What a disappointing last 3 nights. Finals week. And I brilliantly decided to take three 4000-level classes while in Italy for 6 weeks. 2 papers and 2 journal entries down. 2 exams, 3 journal entries, and 1 paper to go. So instead of going out with everyone on our last few nights here in Florence, I'm stuck here studying or writing papers. ( Read more... )

There's this wedding dress shop near my apartment in Florence that has the most BEAUTIFUL wedding dresses I've ever seen in my life. I usually think wedding dresses are ugly, but I would marry whoever the hell proposed to me if it meant getting to wear one of these dresses.

I have now been in Rome for exactly 12 hours. The Vatican was amazing. Went to St. Peter's Basilica, but only the outside. Hopefully I'll go inside tomorrow and perhaps even go to mass there.
