So, i've joined a gym.

I'm glad I'm (finally) doing something about my weight.

Session #1. Assessment.....
I am 105.7Kg.

Went well. I get my program Tuesday night and my first circuit run through.

I also did 10 minutes on the rowing machine and got 1.67Km. I almost died!
