Have you checked out www.fastweb.com? If not, take a look... You fill out a million questions, but it matches you with scholarships it thinks you may be eligible for based on your answers.
Check with any local foundations in your area. For the last three years, I have received a scholarship from the Elkhart County Community Foundation... All I had to do was apply, and answer a few brief essay questions.
Talk to the financial aid office at your school, see if they have any suggestions on places you can look at for scholarships.
Make sure you fill out your FAFSA if you haven't already done so.
Talk to your financial aid office, they really are there to help! Talk to Friend of the Court, they may be aware of resources for women who need job retraining. Your State may also have "job retraining" funds available in general.
Where I live, the Friend of the Court is an advocacy group for ex-spouses to ensure that legal functions are occurring, such as child support payments. It gives people the means to report problems without needing to go to a lawyer, since this is a matter of administration of a court ruling, not the creation of a court ruling. They also serve as a resource center for people who find themselves divorced and have no idea where to go for various kinds of help.

The FAFSA and PHEAA (PA's state grant) is done already for the fall :)
I'll contact PSU's financial aid office to see if they can provide guidance.

Another possibility is your employer or its parent organization (if any) may have grants or scholarships for employees.
