Heh..some of you may remember that. Anyway, i'm out of shape. I just ran a two mile loop around town. It took me 16 minutes and i'm beat...that's sad. I need to get myself back to running my 5 mile loop around the local camp here. I am hereby making it my goal to try to lose thirty pounds by the time i return to BR.
