How do you react to vigorous exercise? Some people get energize and some (like Me) sleep afterwords.... after a martial arts class I would shower and then pass the fck out, which is good on weekday nights, but not so much on Sat mornings... I still cant exercise in the mornings b/c by 10 am I am so very sleepy... It might help...

I... get hungry. Which doesn't exactly help me.

Thanks for the suggestion, though!

How about massage?

I'm always having sleep issues, sometimes I can just fall right out, and other times I can lay there for an hour before giving in and getting up. it doesn't help that I'm generally more creative towards the end of the day, so all the good ideas come to me when i can't sleep. It's frustrating sometimes.

Yeah, I really should look into getting a professional massage. My muscles haven't been this tight in a really long time, and it's getting kind of frustrating.

I wish I just knew someone who could give awesome massages, but I don't. =(

my partner is a LMT, he works at massage Envy midtown and also has his own room for massage here at our place. He charges $39 plus tip. I know that i am biased, but he's most amazing, cranio-sacral, deep tissue, hot stones, myofascial,.. the whole nine yards.

Ooooo, now you're speaking my language! I'm fairly desperately in need of some cranio-sacral work. The only real areas I need worked on are head, neck, shoulders and arms.

How long a massage is it for the $39?

This probably won't help, but I think of this a lot whenever I have a problem and I'm like "wtf."

The intense cold could be contributing to the stiff and sore muscles. The past couple weeks have been historically cold down here, obviously not to the extreme Atlanta has seen, but I've been having a lot of neck and shoulder trouble from it. Those muscles automatically tense in cold.

Feel better.

Hmm, could be. Still, I feel like this is probably stress-related, though it is possible that the cold has exacerbated it.

Thank you. ^^
