Oh, how, I loathe writing application essays stating my "goals" as a grad student.

In other words, state in 500 words that which can be stated in 150 words.

Too bad they aren't asking for samples of my undergrad writing as I'm rather proud of the von Ludendorff paper I wrote for Barnhart's WW1.

1) What happened to instruction manuals? The nice wireless router sent by Verizon didn't come with one. This proved no biggie setting my computer up, but my dad's computer which I hoped to connect via wireless...ah, the absence of such reference material proved a disaster ( Read more... )
