Tarting at Windmills

Well, the tart turned out pretty well. The fruit combination (peaches, nectarines, plums, raspberries, and snow raspberries) was quite good. Very tart, but not too tart, which is good for a tart. The crust was less of a success. The first came out somewhat flaky, but the second was heavy and chalky. I overworked the second one. I think I'll limit

Two blogs

Well, my actual blog is for reactions to certain things -- movies, books, foods, etc. -- while the LJ is more for just random musings. There is, of course, my other blog with my trivia. That is -- as you may have guessed -- for trivia only. We'll see what happens. I'll end up posting to the LJ less frequently as I find the other two more interesting/immediate, but who knows....
