When I was at Linden Hell we were told to write a letter to ourselves about how it was to have a eating disorder and then write a letter to ourselves that we would recieve after we left treatment. It's not a been a very good week.  I keep gaining and gaining and gaining.  There's something wrong with my body.  I'm doing things right and now body is like "Fuck you."  I'm so frustrated.  I didnt go see my dietician this morning. It's hard to get motivated to drive 3 hrs at 7am for a 20 minute appointment.  I was suppose to see my therapist too ( Read more... )

Another weekend at home.  I graded papers until 10pm last night.  My class is getting harder to teach.  I had 10 that got A's but I have 4 that failed.  I cant slow down anymore if I want them to be prepared for the next course.
