Нет у меня не эта проблема, это у той тетки. Мне не нравится то что мало того что меня в консервную банку засунули, это пол беды, а то что теперь эту банку с ебанической, простите, силой теперь еще и в воздух запускают.

You see the problem with an airplane, in her book (mine too, I confess), is the fact that once you get on it you can’t just get off it.

Actually, with some planes and proper equipment - you can! :)
I know this guy, he was also very afraid to fly. His psychiatrist gave up and told him to go and try jumping out of a plane - he couldn't think of any better treatment. The guy tried, and a short time later became a great skydiving instructor. And so can you! :)

yeah... I am thinking more in terms of baby steps right now... but if all else fails...

I'm not sure baby steps are even possible in such a situation: what, you are going to be less afraid? That requires reasoning, and given all phobias' inherent irrationality, I wouldn't count on it. I think you've got to just jump once and have it over and done with! :)
