ow!! Definitely keep it clean (water, non-perfumed soap, maybe just water), and I know you wont want to hear this but honey, seriously, ZERO sex until it's healed. If it hurts more than aspirin will cover or if you're still bleeding tomorrow go see your gyno and fess up all the gorey details.

After it heals, next time, plenty of foreplay to make sure you're nice and wet, and don't be afraid to use extra lubricant. Remember (as I'm sure you know) that while baby oil is a great lube, it kills condoms. Durex lube is relatively affordable and works great.
