2009: Only a day old, but pretty rockin' so far.

So I played in the singles tournament at Snookers today. I won $10 by coming in third, which makes the first legit* money I've made from pool in a while.

*Gambling money isn't legit.

So, the apartment finally feels like "mine". Anyone who's moved into a new place knows the feeling; it's only after you've woken up in the dead of night and navigated the place in the dark that you can say it's "yours". So, my furniture is STILL not here. The sofa was delivered on Monday, and the driver was clueless as to the loveseat, even though the manifest and bill of lading clearly said "2 pieces" more than once.
