I went to Fitness Source in Pickering. At Brock Rd and the 401, next door to Extreme Fitness. I think it was $0.87/pound plus tax, so it came to about $50 for the pair.

It was funny, while paying for the weights one of the guys in the back was trying desperately to explain to someone on the phone that "This is Fitness Source, not The Source. I don't know the number for The Source. This is Fitness Source. That's a different store. No, we sell fitness equipment. Exercise Equipment. No, that's a different store. That store is called The Source, it's a different store. No, I don't have their number." etc.

You should also probably clarify that you pirated the videos, otherwise people might think you're a sucka. But then I guess you could challenge them to see who can do more pull-ups, to which you'd probably win.

military presses are good for your shoulders. lift the dumbells straight above your head for three or four sets.
also forearm curls. be like popeye.
