I've just started the P90X workout for the second time. I did it over the summer but tried not to be too vocal about it in case I quit. Well I didn't quit (although I didn't work all that hard at it), and I actually saw results. My arms are a lot stronger than before and my abs are much harder than before at least. It was funny, while paying for the weights one of the guys in the back was trying desperately to explain to someone on the phone that "This is Fitness Source, not The Source. I don't know the number for The Source. This is Fitness Source. That's a different store. No, we sell fitness equipment. Exercise Equipment. No, that's a different store. That store is called The Source, it's a different store. No, I don't have their number." etc.
