I went a movie alone tonight. It's been a while since I headed out alone like that. Nice.

I flew out to Ottawa for our couple of days off. More time in the air then I had there, but it was totally worth it to get to see him, and he won fastest skater, so even more.

Spent all of the break in Ottawa, and area. I liked it a lot. I had to speak French a few times. ;) Imagine that? It was pretty great though. Okay it was way more than that.

In the year 2007 I resolve to:

Ahoy! I went to our cabin the other day. Weird going there alone but it felt kinda nice to hang out and light a fire and settle in for a few hours with absolutely no other noise but me. I mean not that our house is in the middle of some big area that you can hear anything anyway, but out there… it's just different. It's nice. I should do that more.

They're retiring my jersey in Victoriaville this week. I can't make it and it sucks, but my Dad is going to go and stand in for me which is pretty awesome. I filmed a little soundbite for them to play. Man I still need to translate in my head when I talk in French. Not as bad as I had to when I first moved to Victoriaville. Managed to catch your goal today baby. So awesome! Sorry you guys lost though. Rom and Rhett made me come over and watch them make out eat with them after the game, it was a great night actually even with a late meal. And yes I did smile before they let me go home. Like anyone believed they'd not keep their word or something. ;)
