Already putting a hurting on the phone but it’s worth it. Speaking of Dean I took Roman out for a tour and whatnot and realized he played with Dean back in the day. Kinda cool, kinda weird too but very cool. Been fun hanging out with him though. Gonna be a lot of fun with him around this season I think. Even if he does think I throw air hockey.

So since I'm about to be acting captain of this ship, I figured I might get myself an outfit to go with it. Or something like that. I think I can do this. I know I can, we can.

Got my contract signed and should be ready to go once the season starts. Staying at our place, Dean's keeping the house still. Gonna be a weird year, but okay. *nods* we'll make sure of that. I have some new team mates to show around town. Yar and stuff.

Trades suck. What else is new right? Gonna be a weird year, at least he's still in the west, just going to be weird, got a lot of stuff to sort out. And time to spend together.

Caught up with some of the boys in Toronto. Nice to see Jarome and Andy even for just a few minutes. Then back on the bike and the road. This's been so amazing so far.

Okay this is making me more excited than anything we've done before. I mean going out on the odd ride was fucking amazing. But all day is like I need a cold shower every ten minutes I swear. Not that I'm complaining and I'm sure Dean would say the same.

Our boat trip was amazing, no like way more than amazing. The cabin boy and captain costumes have been well worn in and its time to change them up for all leather. Taking a long going to be great trip on Dean's bike. We're so still taking the pirate bag. Ahoy!

So its time to be boarding me ship and when it's over Dean's bike is shipped to port and we're going to take a cross country trip on it.*grins* I can't wait. So pirate gear and leather pants, whoa wait a minute, same thing. ;) *makes note to pack the pirate bag*

Everything is finally unpacked and sorted and out of storage and in storage and... I feel like I'm here now. I know I should have before but it took a bit of time. Which is good because this cabin boy has a fucking awesome surprise for his captain. Ah hint: Ahoy!

There are a few phrases that will excite me anytime they're said, the obvious hockey and pirate references of course, but "I think I'm gonna take the bike out today" is pretty much at the top of my list right now. Damn that felt amazing. The ride too. ;)
