Honestly, why anyone in the McCain camp thought a "town hall" style debate was going to work in his favor. Might Virginia go Democratic for the first time since 1964?!

It's hardly a surprise, really, given Sarah Palin's disastrous performance in each of her recent meager interviews, but she has apparently declined to speak in any of the post debate interviews opposite Joe Biden.
