You know what? Good for Sen. Lindsey Graham for voting "yes" for Kagan for Supreme Court.  In my opinion, the Supreme Court approval process started going down the tubes after Reagan nominated Robert Bork back in the 80's. It's become way too politicized since then.  Nominees should be, above all else, good applicants and it's nice to see someone ( Read more... )
