Still friends with this person: I'm still friends with mswalter. And I think lizzyjit was the first non-Walter person to friend me, and we're still friends.
How many people have you introduced to LJ: I'm pretty sure just one person-- zigorra, who is one of my favorite people in the entire world. He's a lurker on LJ, mostly. He does read, though.

Like the Mouse, I'm going to try to do this in order, but I might mess it up: zigorra (YEARS before LJ), mswalter (also pre-LJ, though just barely), algernon_mouse, shelbecat, samihail, romie007, braglet, silverweave, mel39, cheekymice, elzed, tarteaucitron, muchtvs, lugonn, cereselle, overnighter, miss_begonia, mollya, brandywine421, 60schic, joey51, avoidingnemo, chazper, loracj, finlee, smc36, danimarie, and kate_monster. I get around. But I still probably forgot someone important who should be on this list.

Biggest pet peeve about LJ: Pointless cruelty. Fights over celebrities. Entitlement issues. Snobs. Liars.
Do you feel close to most of the people on your friends list: There are probably four I'd trust with all of my secrets. Obviously there's a huge difference between the internet version of intimacy and the in-person version of intimacy. There are a lot of people I feel close to in the way I feel close to the characters in my favorite novels, though.
