i dedicated last thursday to nurturing my body, mind and soul.

step one. lilia and i made our way down to bondi to nourish our bodies with a heart-warming breakfast of eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce on a bed of spinach and croissaint and a banana smoothie for me. adventurous on both our parts as we've never tried eggs benedict before.
