So, what's going on? Well, NaNo starts next week. Everyone must participate. That's an order. I'm a little nervous for the beginning of the month. What to do?
Okay folks...tomorrow, I have nothing specific planned on my agenda. Being a holiday weekend, does anyone have any ideas on good stuff to do that isn't too expensive and not too crowded? Stupid Grocery Store!
As you know, we had a hurricane bimble through the area...well, near the area. And true to classic DC over-reaction, many people swarmed the grocery store to stock up on goods that would take them through any potentially electricity-less days. As many of you may have heard by now, there was a substantial earthquake on the east coast of the US. The epicenter was in Mineral, VA; about 90 miles south of Washington, DC. I live in the DC area, and work in DC itself, so yes, I felt it.

What is with all the chocolate around here? There are chocolate gift icons, including a free chocolate user head, and the chocolate-looking Mt. Rushmore thing on the banner...what is up with that?
