Cool! We've got a female student from Mexico, and per the laws of homestay in BC, we are required to only have females on her floor, which is where the other room is, so that's good.

When is she arriving, and how long (approximately) would she be staying?

We've got a room available immediately, it's really quiet, shared bathroom with our student (who is never here), laundry is 15 feet away, computer/wireless available, etc. :)

Hay, while i've sorta got you here, i have a question:
How does Andrew believe he would fare as a music/guitar teacher?

I've been desperate to learn to play more than just lame ass power and bar chords and figure since he writes his own stuff and none of it is remotely basic that maybe he'd be willing to show / teach me a few things (such as beginner techniques and music compostion)...

i would of course pay for such a service...
but yeah, if it's something he would be interested in and has time for let me know...
Failing that would he happen to know of a reputable person to learn from?
