I hope everything goes well with training for your half marathon! Remember, the key is to not injure yourself in the training process!

Your short stories sound fun! I wish I was as creative, but then sometimes truth is stranger than fiction... I love and hate the fact that many “haunted houses” actually have carbon monoxide, which creates the creepy sensations and fleeting images. The scariest thing about it is that carbon monoxide can actually kill you... so the ghost can get you irl, basically.

Good luck with your weekend night shift!

Thank you!
Yes, my step mom (who i am running with) hurt herself a few months ago training and is now having to start all over in the training process. I am being extremely careful not to do anything major.

I am not much into ghost stories. LOL, I've heard the carbon monoxide stories before that have "caused" so many ghost stories. I'm still not going to try and tempt them with me writing about them thought. :)

4 hours left of night 2 and only 2 more nights after tonight!

Oh, cool that you're running wit your stepmom! I vam a stepmom, I'd love my 19-year-old stepson to apply himself to physical activity like that. I think he'll learn how to take care of himself in that way eventually, one thing at a time....

It took about 6 years for either one of us to get active. But we both needed to get it, she has lost about 45 pounds and it has helped with my depression.

Here's hoping one of the places your husband has applied to hurries up and hires him. Currently my husband is seeking work, not much out there.

Your story sounds pretty awesome.

I wish you the best of luck with your training.
