1) he haunt is up and running, but frankly there are still a few bugs to be worked out. Last night we had a really rough opening because of some issues with the new inflatable facade for my show, and because an actor dissappeared on me right before opening. The son of a bitch made me hold the show for more than 10 extra minutes.

What's the good word on our favorite folks in the Pacific Ocean?

We are doing well. Dana is working hard, but she's off today until 4o'clock. Bethany went on a field trip Friday to a pumpkin patch. I am preparing for a trip to China. Leaving Oct. 30 and returning Nov. 28. I'm afraid the international date line is going to rob me of Halloween. If you want a souvenir let me know. I hear that for 3 yuan they will take anything you want and dip it in lead. We all went to the Big Island earlier this month. It was really cool. Volcano national park is as big as O'ahu. All of the lava flows are marked and dated back to 1850. The rock formations there are unbelievable. You can literally take two steps and go from lush rainforest to grey, desolate wasteland. Didn't make it to the active lava flow, but we stood over some steam vents and walked through some lava tubes. We finally caught up on My Name is Earl. What is "Edie batten doozie, edie batten wo?" Saw the director's cut and then the original of Payback. I think I prefer the original. The director's cut is really cool, it paints
