I think you guys were getting there -- like Christian said, everything that happened, happened. The island was real, and the people that died there, died by however -- bears or smoke monsters or drowning or Ana Lucia or whatever. Sideways world was some sort of purgatory-esque construct (I couldn't tell what Christian meant by them "making this place to find each other" -- did they create this whole sideways world??), and the people in the church were ready to move on to heaven or nirvana or whatever it is, and were ready because they were able to just go and find each other and be full of love
( ... )
IDK, I was thinking maybe Aaron was a baby because it was Jack's construct and he'd only known Aaron as a baby? But then I thought he knew Aaron as a toddler, so that's not right, and Ji-Yeon wasn't there at all, and I don't know.
Yeeeeeah I noticed the absence of Ji-Yeon as well EXCEPT WAIT SHE IS IN SUN'S BELLY. But there was something about them being there TOGETHER or whatever, and Ji-Yeon... did not meet most of those people (including Jin, augh) and probably lived out her own life in her own special way, I dunno
( ... )
Well, does everybody else get THEIR own constructs then? Because no way Sun and Jin's wouldn't include Ji-Yeon. I don't know, I refuse to do the writers' job for them XD I'd say it was all Jack's thing because of being centered on the hospital, but we saw plenty of scenes that were outside of it even though they amounted to all the other characters being brought there, except when they weren't?
I am not at all surprised that Darlton are declaring radio silence. Half the fans probably want to eat their brains.
I did get that the Island was real and the other timeline was some sort of weirdy purgatory. I liked it and certainly cried like a baby but I just want to know how the glowy stuff got there and Egyptians and stuff. It worked, I'm just INSATIABLE.
I think I'm chill with the mysteries staying mysterious because most of the time when shows/books/etc explain the mysteries it's waaaay disappointing. Though I do love Egyptians.
