Today was the little Torqueling's first day of school. Well, you know, not school school, she's only two and a half. But she's so darn smart and needs to socialize more, so we've enrolled her at a Montessori school. She didn't cry when Mom and Grammy dropped her off, which was good. Grah. Office politics suck, and inter-office politics are even worse. No one is willing to do a simple fax, because "it's not my job." I guess it's better to let a wife-beater think he can get away with it than to serve him with the protective order. Buncha bureaucrats.

So on Thursday I went to take a DWI class (not because I got a DWI, goofballs, a class about how to investigate and prosecute them) in Lubbock, on the side of town where my wife works.
