If you are crossing the street, have the decency to stop reading for the 10 seconds it takes to cross! If it's lunchtime and the sidewalks are crammed with people, now is NOT the time to read the newspaper! Go to a coffee

And yes, agreed. Also, if you're sightseeing, for crying out loud, move to the side of the sidewalk so that people trying to get places can actually get there without waiting for your loitering arse to get out of the way.

I spend most of my time in the driver's seat of my car composing blog posts in my head about the idiocy of drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians. Thankfully I forget about it by the time I get to a computer, otherwise my journal would be pretty repetitive!
