Pancit Bihon
My accomplishment yesterday was cooking pancit bihon (rice sticks) for a potluck. Usually pancit at parties is warmed up in those water pan/sterno set-ups, but that wasn't available, so I had to figure out what to do because if there's anything worse than cold pancit it's dried-out pancit. kid cuteness
My 9yo likes me to stay in bed with her until she falls asleep. The last couple of nights she has been telling me bedtime stories. One story was about the three little doughnuts that left home.
