This is awesome. My grandfather threw his last pack of cigarettes away, and never touched one again, after his doctor gently suggested that he maybe cut back.

That chili sounds AWESOME, and go YOU for quitting smoking! Holy shit! \o/ Food is tricky but not IMPOSSIBLE to keep up with in a healthy way. I have trouble with this myself (see: laziness) but it's definitely WORTH it. You're a rockstar!

The chili is the BEST chili. Though I realized somewhere around the lentil stage that it doesn't include any actual beans. Is that allowed for chili?
And oh god, yes, laziness. If I can keep making six-serving meals on Sundays that last through the rest of the week, I MIGHT just keep this up. I am very impressed with your tales of meals though! And you actually cook VEGETABLES, so, you know, props. :D
