We were always meant to say goodbye.It's weird to me that the majority of people who has Seasonal depression are worse off in the winter. It's even weirder to me that i'm the only one who believes I have Seasonal Depression

love, im feelin it too. As soon as it started to get dark early and it got a little bit cold, I fell back into that old familiar pattern. When I'm alone, all i do is cry. its like there's nothing causing the pain, but it just sits in your chest and completely destroys everything to the point where you dont want to do anything except lie in bed and wallow in sadness. its not like you want to, but its ALL you CAN do.

Exactly! I always wish that I could get myself out of it but for some reason it's impossible.
