So I work towards the end of the week usually, like thurs to saturday. So I have a good chunk of the week off for STS and shit. I noticed yesterday that my upper body is toning up nicely from carrying out bags of groceries and shit at work. My arms are a little bigger, I think. I found some different pushup techniques to work different things, so Ill be trying some of those to get myself fergalicious ( Read more... ) -
