After i workout i sometimes get a headache..is my body lacking something?

Wow, its been a long time since iv posted anything on here. We had to take my dog to the hosp last sunday cuz he got a foxtail up his nose. That makes him sneeze a lot and bleed..not good. tonight rocked cuz i got out of work at like 630. So i went to the store and bought hair color to dye(sp?) my hair with. I wanted to go one or two shades blonder but i dont think it turned out the way i wanted it to. Anyways, its 11:50 and im totaly bored. Im not tired and there's no one online to talk to.
