It feels as if my life is spiraling downward, and there's nothing I can do to stop it. It seems a lot of friends I know online and offline don't want to talk to me anymore or hang out with me. What did I do to make them feel this way? I have no real idea. I just want it to stop but I don't know how to go about it. I don't know what I'm saying

I can't wait until this weekend when I shadow Dr. Bailey again.
