Inara emerged from her shuttle looking around at the immaculate cargo bay with astonishment. There was no one in sight. What in the ‘vesre was going on? When had aliens taken over the ship?

Very nice! You handled the characters very well, and it's nice to see them together without being out of character. ^_^

Aw thank you so much! That's one thing I always worry about, keeping them in character. Especially Book and River.
