Well, my diet has been shot to hell the past week with traveling. Had some great food while in DC (Georgia Browns -- OMG good). However, I also rode 10 miles on a stationary bike in 35 minutes and swam 20 25-yard laps in 30 minutes (the mini-tri trainign). And attended my first zumba class. So, after dithering most of the week, I decided to not go to Kingdom A&S due to 1) the financial outlay of gas for 10-hour round trip, food on the road, entry fee and hotel and 2) could not get excited about 10-hour round trip when did 12-hour round trip last weekend and am traveling to DC for three days this week. Last Wed., I rode my bike five miles (Lara says I really, really need to get the padded bike shorts to help with the butt hurting issue -- must look into that.) I also vacuumed and mopped the entire first floor of my house which took more than 90 minutes but less than 2 hours. This week has been made of suck exercise and eating-wise. Just too stressed, mostly with work. Been heavily involved in a lot of the flood response/communications at Vanderbilt and today was Commencement, which usually keeps us busy enough by itself.
