he left me. he left me because i have an eating diorder. he left me because im too hard on myself. he left me because i'm not good enough. he left me because he feels like he didn't help, but if you ask krystal, cody or anyone who saw me with him, you would know that he helps. now that is gone, and i have no one to help me.

I am sitting in a room that is 73 degrees with a huge jacket on, blue lips, freezing toes and fingers. Just waiting for me electric blanket to heat up.

I'm going to have to say that I am pretty grateful for most of you.

Even if you don't know it. Even for small reasons.

Things aren't as bad as they seem.

You just need to get out of that moment.

When you look back, you will realize how good you had/have it.

I feel like shit
I look like shit
I am going to go sit on the couch for a few hours.

I have not cried like that in forever.

Why I am plagued with these thoughts, I do not know.

I don't know anything, and am confused about everything.

Although, one thing I am certain of is that it does not get any better with time

and

it is going to be my demise.

I am here.and it is great. I am an insomniac who now has to not take sleeping pills because of responsibilities.suck

So...I leave tomorrow.
