Katherine Sara was born on February 22nd, 2007 at 759am!! She was 4lbs 15oz, and was 19 inches long. I was able to go all natural, but on pitocin.. I was in labor for 8 hours, with an hour of that pushing.. She's breastfeeding like a champ and is just the most beautiful baby! Alexander Iain was born at 12.02am on 7th December by c-section due to non-progression of labour because of fetal obstruction [1].

He weighed 7lbs3oz at birth and has already put on over 1.5 ounces thanks to boob juice! I think he's absolutely gorgeous but then I'm baised ;)

Thanks for all the advice, ladies! I am still so indecisive about things...probably procrastination will win out and I won't end up going, but I'll make sure to do loads of research because I don't want to go into labor unprepared! I was wondering if anyone has had good or bad experiences with childbirth classes? Would you recommend taking them? If I don't take them, will I be totally clueless while attempting to give birth? The reason I ask is though I'm only 23 1/2 weeks along now, I have to decide whether I want to sign up within the next few days or so, or all the ( Read more... )
